COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Symcom Motorsaver 520CP-460 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tci products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tamura parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Techno-Aoyama product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tci such as the KDRL1L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DQS01665575 manufactured by Tamura and we are pleased to be able to service most Tamura systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CYLAM10200 by Manufacturer Techno-Aoyama as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tel-Tokyo-Electron Brand CSENS1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tel-Tokyo-Electron such as 1R8160455012 equipment made by Tel-Tokyo-Electron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tel-Tokyo-Electron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tel-Tokyo-Electron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 04857000 made by Teradyne-Spectrum as well as the popular BMSF1473624L original spares produced by Telemecanique Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IST90990A by Tb-Woods and 1R8160455012 spares by Tel-Tokyo-Electron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DSBT200N50L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Technical-Weighing-Services. |
